At DeadAir, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
